The reason for the bending of the Chrome Rod
The Chrome Rod of the loader arm cylinder often bends during use due to a length to diameter ratio greater than 10. On the surface, it appears that the bending strength of the Chrome Rod is insufficient, but in reality, it is directly related to the loader frame and rocker arm structure.
Reasons for Chrome Rod bending:
1. There is a tilting phenomenon between the two ends of the boom cylinder and the connection between the frame and the boom, and the support width is too small. (Improper assembly adjustment clearance or severe side wear, the support width should be increased.)
2. Accumulation and wear on the outer side of the lower end of the boom cylinder have accumulated at the discharge point of the boom cylinder. (Serious accumulation of sedimentary materials and high rotational friction.)
